Our company is committed to providing high-quality and reliable products to our customers. According to consumer protection laws, you can return the product within seven days of receipt. After seven days and up to one year, the product is covered under our after-sales warranty, and during this period, you may inspect the product. To avoid disputes, our company specifies the following permissible inspection actions:

• Unpack and inspect the appearance.
• Connect the air compressor to electricity and test the air output, pressure values, and pressure regulator.
• Connect an airbrush to the air compressor to test the airflow. (Please do not pour any paint or liquid for testing).
• If the product includes filters/screens, once used, they cannot be restored and will be considered beyond the normal inspection range.
• The air compressor has a 99% pass rate, and any defective parts are covered under after-sales service.

For mutual assurance, please note that photographic records will be part of the return inspection. If you exceed the above inspection range, your right to return may be affected. Please be aware!

When returning, the product must remain in brand-new condition without scratches, collision marks, damage, or moisture, and must include the complete original packaging, including the product itself, the delivery note, accessories, and the original packaging.

Please use the shipping box provided during delivery for the return to avoid damage during transit. Do not use the original manufacturer’s packaging directly, as it is part of the product! If the shipping box is lost, please use another box for packaging.

If we determine that the product is not eligible for return, you will need to bear the return shipping costs as well as the cost of shipping the product back to your address. Defective parts will be shipped for free.

1. 拆封檢查外觀
2. 空壓機接電並測試出氣量、壓力值、調壓閥
3. 將噴筆接上空壓機測試氣流。(請勿倒入任何顏料或是液體進行測試)
4. 若商品具有濾網/濾棉，一旦使用過即不可復原，將被視為超出正常檢查範圍。
5. 空壓機良率皆在99%以上，如有不良品零件都包含在售後服務範圍內。

為了雙方保證，請注意攝影記錄將作為退貨檢查的一部分。若您超出以上檢查範圍，可能會影響您的退貨權益，敬請留意！

請注意，在退貨時，商品必須保持全新狀態，不得有刮傷、碰撞痕跡、破損或受潮等情況，且需要還原完整出貨包裝，包括商品本體、出貨單、配件和原廠包裝。

請使用出貨時的外箱寄回，以避免在運送途中損壞。請勿直接使用原廠商品包裝，因為原廠商品包裝也是商品的一部分！如果外箱遺失，請另外使用紙箱包裝。

若我們判定商品無法退貨，您需自行負擔退貨運費以及寄回商品至您地址的費用，不良品零件皆免費寄送。
